I'm not to skinny
I'm not that pretty
I'm not blond, I'm not tan
my legs don't have a ten foot span
if you ask in a nice way
that doesn't mean I'll do what you say
but enough of what I'm not
slander is not what i was taught
I'm pure I'm proud
not part of the crowd
my body will become
part of the ground
but my soul will not
because I'm heaven bound
unlike a lovesick pup
that rolls around on any floor
my beloved
is who I'll wait for
a beacon of true love
a constant bearer
one that's nearly perfect
one without any error
respect is demanded
in the case when that lacks
then they'll be reprimanded
